APPLICATION FEE

The nonrefundable application fee is $30 for an online application OR $40 for a written application per adult that will be living in the house 7 days or more.

*If you have a house in mind, submit a completed application for approval. Once you have been approved, then you buy the house!

Applicant and Co-applicant must be over 18 years of age to apply for a loan. Due to program restrictions we are unable to finance homes on Reservation land.
